Whitson Medcraft & Associates is currently running a referral promotion! Existing clients are eligible for $50 Visa gift card for referring a new client to the firm. The terms and conditions of this promotion are listed below.

1. The offer When an existing client of Whitson Medcraft and Associates ("the Firm") refers a new client to the Firm, the referring client ("the Referrer") will receive one (1) $50 Visa gift card per successful referral. A Referrer may be rewarded for a maximum of five (5) successful referrals in any 12-month period.

2. When the gift card is issued A referral is only "successful", and the gift card will only be issued, once the referred new client ("the New Client") has engaged the Firm and paid their first invoice in full. No gift card is payable before the New Client's first invoice has been paid in full. Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of the New Client's first invoice being paid in full.

3. The Referrer must be named on the intake sheet To be eligible, the New Client must record the Referrer's full name in the designated "Referred by" field on the Firm's client intake sheet at the time of onboarding. If the Referrer's name is not recorded on the intake sheet, no gift card will be issued. The Firm cannot add or amend referral details retrospectively once onboarding is complete.

4. The referral must genuinely lead to the engagement Being named on the intake sheet is necessary but not sufficient. The referral must have genuinely led to the New Client engaging the Firm. The offer does not apply where the New Client had already decided to engage the Firm, was already in the process of doing so, or would have engaged the Firm regardless of the referral. The Firm determines, acting reasonably, whether a referral genuinely led to the engagement.

5. The Referrer must be independent of the New Client The offer does not apply where the Referrer is part of, or associated with, the New Client. This includes (without limitation) situations where the New Client is a trust, self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF), company, partnership or other entity and the Referrer is a trustee, beneficiary, director, shareholder, member, partner, office holder, or otherwise has an interest in or control over that entity. The referral must be of a genuinely separate new client.

6. Who qualifies as a "new client" A New Client is a person or entity that has not previously been a client of Whitson Medcraft and Associates and is not currently a client of the Firm, and who engages the Firm for paid services. The New Client must be someone with whom the Firm has had no prior contact - that is, they must not already be a prospect, enquiry, lead, or party the Firm has previously been in contact with about its services. Referrals of existing or former Firm clients, or of parties the Firm has already engaged with, do not qualify. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility is assessed against the New Client's history with Whitson Medcraft and Associates only.

7. One reward per new client Only one gift card will be issued per New Client, regardless of how many people claim to have referred them. Where more than one Referrer is named, the Firm will rely on the name recorded on the intake sheet.

8. Eligibility and conduct The Referrer must be an active client who has used the Firm's services within the last 12 months, and must be a current client of the Firm at the time the gift card is issued, with their own account in good standing (no overdue invoices). The Firm may decline a reward where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused, gamed, or claimed fraudulently.

9. Gift card terms Gift cards are issued subject to the card provider's own terms and conditions, including any expiry date and usage conditions. The gift card has no cash value, is non-transferable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Firm is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired cards once issued.

10. Tax implications The Referrer is responsible for considering any tax implications of receiving a gift card; the Firm does not provide tax advice in relation to the reward.

11. Privacy By naming a Referrer on the intake sheet, the New Client confirms they have the Referrer's consent to share their name with the Firm for the purpose of this promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Firm's Privacy Policy.

12. Promotion period and changes This promotion commences on 10 June 2026 and is ongoing until withdrawn. The Firm may amend, suspend or end the promotion at any time at its discretion. Referrals where the New Client has already engaged the Firm and paid their first invoice before the promotion ends will still be honoured.

13. General The Firm's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
